Yes, we offer 7 day Money Back Guarantee. To claim your money back, please open a support ticket from your member area for account cancellation during the first 7 days, and we will refund your payment within 3 days.
2. Do you support Perl/CGI scripts?
No.
3. Do you offer SSH/Telnet access?

4. Will I be able to use my own .htaccess?
Yes.
5. What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?
It is your responsibility to check out the bandwidth usage on a regular basis. Your site will be suspended if you exceed your data transfer allowance, and 3 options available: upgrade, purchase extra transfer or do nothing.
You can upgrade your existing account or purchase extra bandwidth from the member area.
6. I don't have a domain yet, will you provide a subdomain?
Sorry, you do need a valid domain name for your account. You can register your very own domain names through godaddy.com, namecheap.com, registerfly.com etc.. We don't host free domains.
7. Will you help if my scripts don't work?
Sorry, we don't offer support upon scripting issues.
8. What's the size limit of a single email message?
5MB.
9. Do you offer daily backup?
No, to keep our cost low, which is transferred as lower price, we do not backup your website. You are solely responsible for your own data, thus always keep a full up-to-date copy with you, VERY IMPORTANT!
10. If I sign up for a package now, will your prices go up later?
No! Once your account is confirmed, your account will NOT be affected by any package/price adjustment. You pay the same amount when you renew your accounts.
Please note: You will fall into new plan/price categories if you decide to switch to a different package.
11. What types of support do you offer?
Trouble tickets and this Forum.
12. Do you support Jsp/Java servlet?
No.
13. Do you support ASP?
No.
14. Do you host commercial sites?
Yes, but our service is meant for personal/family use, hence do subject to limitations. In other words, our service is NOT designed for e-commerce, and it is your OWN risk to use a low-cost host for YOUR business. There is no uptime guarantee.
15. May I run a mailing list on your server?
Mailing list (or any program that tends to generate a significant amount of outbound emails) is NOT allowed due to high risk.
16. If I sign up with domain A now, may I have it changed to domain B without extra cost?
Yes, you can, simply submit a support ticket and we will take care of it. Please note: frequent domain change is not acceptable and may incur extra charges.
17. May I run a chat room on your server?
No, they are too resource intensive.
18. Will you help if I have problems with a particular program, say, FTP client?
We always try to help, but it is up to you to get your applications working properly. We are only responsible for problems that lie on the server side.
19. I am new to websites, will you show me how to build and publish my site?
Sorry, no. But you are very welcome to discuss with other members on this forum, many nice people around are willing to help.
20. What payment method do you accept?
We only accept PayPal at the moment.
21. Can you host a popular dynamic website, say, a busy discussion board?
We do support PHP+MySQL. However, this service is unsuitable for heavy database-driven sites. The ability to support large databases is very limited as well.

22. Can I manage my own domain zone file?
Yes, domain zone editor is available from member area.
23. Do you offer custom plans?
