| If you are on the Thyme server then that one has been down for some hours. If you are on a different server (you can see that by logging in to your member area) then you should open a ticket for your site. |

| Well, I'm on the thyme server so I guess I'll just wait and hope they know about it. I put in a trouble ticket so time will tell. Thanks for the reply. We are a skywarn group and feed live radar images to our website for our spotters in the field and we're expecting severe weather...figures! |

Well, it is webhosting for hobby use, not mission critical purposes  But over the several years I have used e-rice the uptime has been as good or better than another much more expensive host I use for another purpose. |

| I agree! Their up time is fantastic as a matter of fact I can't remember the last time our site was down. I'm definitely not complaining...it's just bad timing. |
